How to Request for Changes to Your Policy Details

Our offices may not be open round the clock, but we understand how important it is for our valued clients and customers to request for urgently required changes to their policies, to report claims, and/or to request for other forms of assistance from our representatives; hence, our commitment to respond to all such requests sent online most often during our offices’ “non-operating” hours, within twenty-four hours from the time that they have been sent to us (i.e. excluding weekends, long holidays, and other unexpected interruptions, and via the information they have inputted under the fields provided on this page).

Notwithstanding the above, all of our valued clients and customers are hereby reminded that their requests shall not yet be considered legally bound until after they have received an official confirmation from our head office.
